THE SIGHTINGS DESK  ·  what the record says, and what is still unexplained

UFO TVUnidentified flying objects, on the record

THE SIGHTINGS DESK

A desk for unidentified flying objects, read from the record

What we cover

UFO TV is an editorial desk about UFOs, which governments now usually call UAP. We read the public record — Air Force project files, intelligence assessments, NASA’s study, court and archive releases — and retell it plainly. We also cover the sky itself: what satellites, planets, balloons and drones look like at night, and how to report something that still looks strange after you have ruled them out.

How a case file is built

  1. What was reported. Who saw what, when and where, in the words closest to the original report.
  2. What the record says. What investigators did and concluded, with the document named.
  3. Status. Explained, Unexplained, Open, or Guide. The status describes the record, not a belief about the sky.
  4. The file. The details, the disagreements, and the parts nobody has resolved.

How we handle claims

We do not say aliens have been confirmed, because no official investigation we cite has said so. We do not sneer at witnesses either; most reports come from careful people describing something real that they could not identify. When we give a number, we name the public source it comes from. When a question is unresolved, we say so.

The site is published by UFO TV Media, an independent publisher. It is not a government agency, and it is not connected to any broadcaster or other company that uses a similar name. Some emails we send carry offers from third-party partners; those are marked, and the case files stay the same either way.
